Our Portfolio Construction Philosophy

RORO Strategic Holdings does not build a portfolio by opportunistic deal-making. Every company in the group is being established because it is intended to meet a rigorous set of criteria: a large, structural market opportunity; a meaningful competitive gap; the potential for technology-enabled differentiation; and a clear path to national, and eventually regional, scale.

Our four-sector model is designed to create intra-group synergies over time. RORO Digital Solutions is being developed to support Carevyon technology needs. Moovahub may support Rolyx Pharma distribution as both companies scale. These planned relationships are subject to operational rollout at each subsidiary.
